I am writing this motivation letter to apply Corps Assistant of Extension and

Communication of Agriculture 2018. My name is Agustina Tri Kinasih, a student in

Extension and Communication of Agriculture 2015 Universitas Gadjah Mada. I lived
in Yogyakarta, with my parents, my grandmother, and my sisters. Since I found my
study related with communication to others, I searched for a new opportunities to
increase the level of my soft skills. I am a person who is easy to adapt in the new
environment, culture, and new people. I am kind of well-organized person and I am
pretty good managing my time. I have a high motivation, commitment, self confident,
and loyal, also I am responsible for what has been given to me. Furthermore, I’ve
been experiencing how to work in some teams for a pretty long time. In 2016 and
2017, I had chances to join in two teams of choir competition in Italy (2016) and
Republic of Malta (2017) and I was the head of human resources division in PSM
UGM so I’m capable to work in a team who had many challenges and how to
harmonize it. Regardless, I am really enthusiastic about the open recruitment of Corps
Assistant of Extension and Communication of Agriculture 2018.
I apply to be one of Corps Assistant of Extension and Communication of
Agriculture 2018 because I have big interest and passion in teaching. It will be a
provision for my future if I have to provide counseling to others. I am very excited
with the thing that correlates me to boarder networking and opens more opportunities
for my future. Furthermore, I want to give a contribution to my study program. It’s
been my dream since I had DPKP class, at that moment I had willpower to be an
assistant one day. I want to be useful for my surroundings and I would give my best if
I am given a chance to be an assistant. My discipline and well-structured habit will
not distract me from one to another thing to do.
I will have the opportunity to learn many things in a more professional way
and how to interact with different kinds of people in many situational contexts, also
how to build a long-term relationship for professional purpose. If I become an
assistant, I would dedicate my time and share my knowledge and my opinion for the
sake of enhancement of Corps Assistant of Extension and Communication of
Agriculture. So that’s what I have in my mind on why I want to apply this open
recruitment of corps assistant. I believe by applying to this open recruitment of corps
assistant will certainly change my live as I put myself to a more challenging
environment and I will earn more knowledge and valuable experience.
