In Widya Mandala hospital there was a new member in emergency room. His name is nando.

He
is clever and fast to take care of the patient. He is enthuasiatic nurse. One day there is a new
patient came to emergency ward because of an accident, the patient unconscioused. She loss a lot
of blood. Nurse nando who took responsibility to the patient. He gaves attention to his patient to
save her. The patient loss a lot of blood, and the golden periode to save patient has passed. So the
patient passed away. Than, nurse nando lossted his motivation and not confident to do nursing
care. After the accident he always looks pale and hide in nursing room. The NUM and other
nurses look the changed of nurse nando and they are tried to give some motivations.

*in emergency room

Nando : Good morning

Marwah : Morning nurse nando. It’s a good day, isn’t it?

Nando : Yes of course. It’s a great day.

Eurika : hay nando, how are you?

Nando : I’m fine, and you?

Eurika : yeah I’m fine.

Marwah : hmm.. Are we have a new patient today?

Eurika : I don’t know. Let’s see latter.

Marwah : okay.

Suddenly, there was an emergency call. There’s a patience who have just had an accident. She
loss a lot of blood because of the accident. Nurse Nando take care of the patient immediately.

Nando : Please, help me take care of the patient. She loss a lot of blood and need help
immediately.

Eurika : Ok. What should I do?

Nando : Please give me blood transfusion type A, she needs some blood transfusion
Eurika : Alright, give me a moment.

*A few minutes later, Eurika comes bring the blood bag

Eurika : Nando, this is the blood bag

Nando : Thank you nurse (Nando do the transfusion to the patient)

Eurika : I’ll sew the wound. Marwah, can you help me? Could you please bring me the
sewing kit.

Marwah : Okay nurse Eurika,

*Marwah takes a sewing kit and bring it to Eurika

Marwah : This is the sewing kit nurse Eurika.

Eurika : Thank you nurse.

Marwah : Is there anything that I can help you?

Eurika : Sure , you can help me to sew the patients wound.

Marwah : Okay nurse.

Nurse Marwah and nurse Eurika sew the wound, while Nurse Nando give treatment to the
patient. Suddenly the patient stop breathing.

Marwah : Nando, is the patient can’t breathing?

Nando : Yes nurse. Now I want to do the CPR. Please someone give me BVM!

Eurika : Yes Nurse.

Nando : oh no, the patient was already gone.

The nurse was tried really hard, but the patient couldn’t make it. The patient passed away. It’s
really hard for Nando to accept this situation. Because of this incident, nurse Nando was
traumatized. Every time there’s patient of accident he always hide. He scared to give some action
to the patient.

*A few days later

Mia : Nando, why don’t you help to take care of the patient? Everytime we need you,
you always gone.

Nando : I’m fine nurse, there’s just another thing that I should take care of.

Mia : I’ve already watching you all this time, and I already heard the story about you
from the others.

Nando : it’s just your feeling. I’m okay nurse. I have nothing to worry about, I’ll be fine.

Mia : are you sure?

Nando : Yes I’m.

For a few weeks Nando always react the same. It make the Num and the other nurses do some
meeting to talk about nurse Nando.

Num : Oke, thank you for coming today. I’m sure all of you already understand what
already happened to Nando. So, what should we do to solve this problem?

Artha : I think we have to change Nando position .

Diyan : No, we don’t have to change Nando position. Nando just need some motivation
from us.

Lusi : I’m sure Nando was traumatized because of the incident a few weeks ago.

Diyan : Yeah, we all know Nando was traumatized because of the incident. We just have
to bring back Nando spirit.

Num : Hmm. I think we need to motivate Nando. But, how?

Lusi : I think we have to do some approach. Especially he is a new nurse here.

Diyan : When Nando come to this room at the first time, he is a cheerful person. Since
the incident happened it change him. We have to talk with him, make him happy, and become
cheerful just like the old time.

Num : okay, I hope all of us could raise Nando spirit. And please for all of you too
understand about Nando feelings and condition.

All : okay mam.

Num : I think that’s enough for today. Okay, please get back to your job.

All : Allright mam..

Than the nurses come and give some motivations to nurse Nando.

Nurses : Good morning nurse Nando.

Nando : Good morning nurse.

Mia : We need to talk to you in private.

Nando : I’m okay, I want to talk anymore about that.

Lusi : We need to talk about that because lately you can’t work as well as before.

Nando : I’m okay.

Mia : That wasn’t your own mistake. You was tried so hard and do your best.

Ni luh : You must get up and try to give more better serviceses than before.

Dian : Your gave profetional serviceses but that’s the time to patient to gone.

Lusi : Stop blaming your self,what’s done is done.

Artha : If you still balimg your self,how about the other patients who need your help.
Nando : But I can’t do anything right now,I’m afraid if the same thing will happen again.

Dian : No!! That will not happen because you are a profetional nurse and you know
what should you do in services.

Ni Luh : Bilieve in your self and everythings gonna be allright.

Nando : Okay ,but I need your help.

Artha : Of course,we will work together and help each other.

Nando : Thank you for your advices , I feel more better than before.
