STUDY PLAN

My name is Mohd Ichsan, bachelor degree in psychology science. This study plan created for
my master degree application to apply DAAD Program, major in Community Development. I
work for Health Office of Aceh Province, since 2006, as staff for councelling service. I
passionate in community development. I consider my calling is to help people to have a better
skills for living. I spend my time to learning about it by doing volunteering research in my
environtment. I would love one day I can continue my dream to pursue higher education in this
field, this scholarship will be a dream maker and turning point in my life.

My Background
I have a good chance to apply schoolarship through Aceh Government. I study really hard and
did my best to obtain scholarships. The fact that almost all universities I have applied accepted
my applications, thus, shows my good qualification, like Magister Psychology, North Sumatera
University, but I dont have sponsorship that will pay the tuition fee. I believe I have relevant
experiences, responsible, and a dedicated person. I think I am a suitable candidate for this
scholarship. I know that this scholarship is a big investment that you are going to give through
my study, for that I will make sure my society will benefit

My Reason to Study in German

Psychology science in German are growing rapidly, and I believe this is just a start. While
everyone looking forward their study to Australia, I take my study to German, because I believe
changes will make opportunity available for everyone, and I would like to jump in right in the
center of changes and grab opportunity available.

My Reason to Study in Steinbeis University Berlin

The Master's Programme will provide me a great opportunity to get acquainted with essential
functional and management expertise and equip with the personal skills. The Master's
Programme is intended for psychologists, and social workers like me. I could boost my career
with meaningful qualifications and become sought-after talents. I will be able to use the
practice-oriented expertise that will obtain and acquire in many organisational and community
areas that are becoming increasingly relevant in leadership, community and organisational
development.
Detailed Study Plan
I will persue my master degree in Community Development. Master study length is about 24
months, through 2 years my study and research will focused on social science. Detailed time
arrangement are below:

First Year (2018-2019)

I would like to spend my first year to study core courses and attend seminar related to my field.

Second Year (2019-2020)

I will join research group and start my research. I expect finish my research at 4th semester,
and publish it at international academic journal.

My Plan after Graduation

I will back to work in Health office of Aceh Province to service my responsibilty as councelling
staf and also social worker.
