Job Roles & Responsibilities:

 Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members


 Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary
 Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
 Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly
maintained
 Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and
processing payroll and other expenses
 Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences,
interviews, orientations, and training sessions
 Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal
guidelines and internal policies
 Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
 Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity
issues
 Well-versed in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices
 Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors
 Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
 Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as
evolving best practices in compliance control
 Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
 Well versed with employee health and safety requirements and necessary compliances.
 Able to perform vendor and supplier selection process and maintain vendor relations.
 Supervise Facility management services
 Able to undertake and supervise the travel desk operations

Education & Experience:

 8-10 years of experience is required


 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
 Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
 A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
 Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
 Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills
 Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written
communication skills
 Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
 Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service
procedures

Salary: Rs. 10 – 125 lac p.a.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Willing to travel as and when required
