Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues Well-versed in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate Well versed with employee health and safety requirements and necessary compliances. Able to perform vendor and supplier selection process and maintain vendor relations. Supervise Facility management services Able to undertake and supervise the travel desk operations
Education & Experience:
8-10 years of experience is required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures
