A Healthier Meal Based on the recommended calorie intake for a female aged 20 and the U.S. DRV's, the healthiest meal choice for me
would be McDonalds. It has the lowest calorie total for overall meal, as well as the lowest total fat, cholesterol, sodium,
and protein. The unhealthiest meal would be Back Yard Burger. This meal exceeds the daily recommended value for
sodium. It also has the highest calories, total fat, cholesterol, carbs, and protein.
