relation to the purchase of a GSIS property located at

3. To secure necessary documents from GSIS, LRA, LGU and other government entities in
connection with the conduct of due diligence prior to participating in the scheduled public

overpayment if any;

1. The notarization date of the Special Power of Attorney should not be more than 12 months prior
to the date of signing and release of the title and the closing document.
2. For Principal who works/resides outside the Philippines, a Special Power of Attorney should be
acknowledged before a Philippine Consul with red ribbon.
