Course Objectives/Course Description:


Course Description This paper is offered as a core subject in the second trimester. It emphasizes the importance
of law various enactments relating to business. It also enables a student to have good knowledge in the Corporate
Law which is important for a future manager and Security Legislations for future finance managers which is very
essential. This subject also deals with Intellectual Property Law which is very important for a future manager. It
gives an opportunity to student more about copyrights as it is very important in today’s market. Course ObjectiveThis
course attempts to make the student understand the legal environment in which business operates and its impact
on the business.
