Untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan optimum mengenai isu-isu 1BestariNet;
1. Perkhidmatan Meja Bantuan 1BestariNet adalah tertakluk kepada SLA bagi memelihara
kualiti perkhidmatan and penyelesaian isu-isu dengan segera.
2. Meja Bantuan 1BestariNet beroperasi setiap Ahad hingga Jumaat, 7AM - 10PM, termasuk cuti
am.
3. Berdasarkan kontrak, Meja Bantuan hanya menyokong Penyelaras VLE + 3 pegawai
bertanggungjawab daripada setiap 10,000 sekolah.
4. Walau bagaimana pun, Meja Bantuan tetap menerima cuba menyelesaikan aduan daripada
semua guru, ibu/bapa/penjaga dan murid di kesemua 10,000 sekolah.
5. Saluran sokongan yang disediakan termasuklah talian telefon, emel, portal Self-Care dan
borang dalam talian.

Setiap interaksi direkodkan dalam tiket aduan yang dipecahkan kepada dua (2) jenis:
