Report and Order Rescinding Voluntary Surrender

BO DUKES

On November 28, 2018, the term of supervised release for Bo Dukes was revoked. He was ordered
to serve a period of six months imprisonment in the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The defendant was
allowed to remain out of custody and was granted voluntary surrender. On January 1, 2019, Dukes
allegedly committed the following offenses in Houston County, Georgia: Rape, Aggravated
Sodomy, False Imprisonment, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. He currently
remains at large and is wanted by law enforcement. It is accordingly recommended that the voluntary
surrender order be rescinded.

ORDER OF COURT
Pursuant to the above report, and for good and sufficient cause, it is ordered that the defendant’s
voluntary surrender order be rescinded. Furthermore, the U.S. Marshals Service shall take custody of
the defendant to begin service of his revocation sentence.
