I.

OBJECTIVES
1.To make sure that our dish will be presentable and eye appealing.
2.To make our dish will be more nutritious and delicious.
3.In our dish it will be more classified and perfect dessert for summer.

II. TOOLS AND MATERIAL:

III. INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cup Cake flour
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
8 pcs.eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup guyabano fruit
¼ cup evap milk
½ tsp.cream of tartar
1 tsp.vanilla
PREPARATION OF MISE EN PLACE
*Cleaning the designated area, as well as the kitchen area, making it sure that well sanitized and
provided with cleaning materials.
*Prepare all sanitize and clean necessary equipments, tools and materials needed for baking.
*Making it sure you have wear your proper attire or PPE. (PERSONAL PROTECTIVE
EQUIPMENT)
*Prepare all the necessary ingredients for baking such as: cake flour, sugar, baking powder, salt,
eggs, veg. oil, evaporated milk, and cream of tartar and a real fruit of guyabano.

IV. PROCEDURE

1.In a large mixing bowl pour the dry ingredients such as 2 ½ cup of cake flour,3/4 cup sugar,1 tbsp.
of baking powder and a 1 tsp. of salt, then mix thoroughly.
2.After mixing all the ingredients, make a well at the mixed ingredients on the center of the mixing
bowl. Set aside.
Then, after mixing the dry ingredients, now let’s do the liquid ingredients.
3.In a small mixing bowl pour the liquid ingredients, such as ½ oil (ordinary oil), 1tsp. vanilla, 8pcs.
egg yolks and a ½ cup of fresh guyabano fruit, and then mix it gently.
4.After mixing the liquid ingredients, pour it into the dry ingredients and mix it toughly. Set aside.
5.On a separate two bowls, crack 3 eggs one by one with use of spatula or pork, and separate egg
yolks and egg whites and put it in the separate prepared bowls.
6.Set aside the egg yolks. That because we only need the egg white.
7.On the mixing bowl where egg whites are there, put the ½ tsp cream of tartar and put ½ cup of
white sugar gradually while beating. Beat until sugar is dissolve and until all the mixture will stiff and
fluffy.
8.When meringue is already stiff and fluffy pour the batter mixture into the meringue. Cut and fold
the flour mixture or batter, then mix it until blended.
9.In a baking pan arrange the parchment paper, and pour the mixed ingredients pop out the batter
mixture to avoid bubbling, and also to make the cake soft, fluffy and plain.
10.When one batter was cook, now we made a delicious guyabano cake.
11.Let it allow to cool.
12.Place it on a cake board and decorate.
13.Serve.
