crime of GRAVE COERCION committed as follows:

That on October 15, 2018 at around 7:00 o’clock in the morning

in Silay City, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the accused by means of violence and intimidation, did then
and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously push his daughter
private complainant Aireen Maquitar y Sembran towards the
sugarcane field and instructed her to take off her shorts and to lie
down against her will and to the damage and prejudice of private
complainant.

That on November 28, 2018 at around 5:00 o’clock in the

morning in Silay City, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the accused motivated by lewd designs, did then
and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously kiss his daughter
private complainant Aireen Maquitar y Sembran and pulled down
the latter’s pedal pants while also taking off his jogging pants to the
damage and prejudice of private complainant.

 That on December 1, 2018 at around 6:00 o’clock in the evening
in Silay City, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the accused did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously threaten his daughter private complainant Aireen
Maquitar y Sembran with the following words: “HALONG LANG
KA KAY PAMATYUN TA KAMU TANAN KON MAPULI KA PA DAY
LOLA MO.” (You beware because I’ll kill all of you if you’ll go home
to your grandmother’s house.) to the damage and prejudice of
private complainant.

intimidation, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously
slap and punch private complainant Aireen Maquitar y Sembran to
the damage and prejudice of the latter.
