OBJECTIVES:

To provide knowledge, tools and techniques to all the sales rooms of our
organization that allow them to develop a comprehensive sales plan in accordance
with the objectives and business strategies, to comply with the standards and goals
established by the company.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

 Identify product diversification opportunities according to the needs of the


national and international market.

 Increase commercial strategies for sales growth in all markets.

 Develop other marketing channels that allow the increase of the participation
of our product in the national and international market.
