CONTRACT OF SERVICE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into in Manila City, this 16 day
of October 2017, by and between:

MAR C. GRAVAMEN, of legal age, and a resident ANGELES,

PAMPANGA .
- AND -
Diaz and Agcaoili Law, hereinafter referred to as the COUNSEL.

WITNESSETH:
The CLIENT hereby employs the LEGAL AND/OR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES of the counsel to handle the following cases:

1.) SYNDICATED ESTAFA against World Financial Organization,

Lucky9 Angels Corp, Engineer Magtira and others.

-The fee for such will be of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PHP

150,000.00).

2.) SYNDICATED ESTAFA/ ESTAFA against Heydee Badillo and

others.

-The fee for such will be of Fifty Thousand Pesos (PHP

100,000.00).

1. That the Appearance fees of the counsels will be Three Thousand Pesos
(PHP 3,000.00).

2. That the pleading fees will be Two Thousand Pesos for every pleading filed
before any court or any Quasi-judicial agency of the Government
3. That the client will pay One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 100,000.00)
as an initial payment for the handling of both cases.

4. That the remaining One hundred Fifty thousand Pesos (150,000.00) will be
paid upon the payment of the respondents of the monies they owed to the
client.

5. That the CLIENT constitutes and appoints the law office to handle the
same.

6. That this Agreement shall be deemed also in the nature of a General Power
of Attorney for all legal purposes.

7. That the aforementioned services shall be exclusive of the following, and

shall be for the account of the CLIENT which will be billed accordingly:

 Representations, Notarial Services, and Filing and Regulatory Fees

payable to the government;

 Conference with Client or any other transactions requiring the presence

of the lawyer outside the law office;

8. That the COUNSEL shall update the client by electronic mail as to the
status of the case and provide her copies of the court processes.

9. That the COUNSEL may be consulted at all times by the CLIENT

pertaining to the aforesaid matters handled by the COUNSEL requiring
professional advice and opinion, and when the COUNSEL gives a written
opinion, a copy shall be sent to the CLIENT;

10. That the COUNSEL shall keep in the office a docket, in which the law office
shall cause to be recorded all proceedings connected with any action in
which the CLIENT is interested, and shall keep such other record necessary
to preserve a complete history of the business of the CLIENT entrusted to
its charge. Said docket and records shall be the property of the CLIENT,
and shall at all times be subject to the inspection and control of the general
counsel.

The deficiency of this contract shall be supplemented by the provision of

existing law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have signed this

Agreement in the place and date first above stated.
