3 Food cart I decided to cater to Beach that has people who are a combination of young adult,
Beach Adults and children. While for children, Ice-cream is the first preference, for young
Ice-cream adults and Adults, they are equally likely to buy ice-cream or Frozen Yogurt. Hence, I
have selected Ice cream as my preferred product. Moreover, Beach has highest
sales by location. Also Food cart has potential to cater to largest volume. Hence the
decision was taken.

4 Push cart No competitor was available in the location of University. Also, university has
University highest sale by location. Hence university was chosen as a preferred location. The
Frozen yogurt young adult, who are the primary customer of the location are somewhat
indifferent in their preference between frozen yogurt and ice cream. Hence, I
wanted the flexibility of changing the menu between the week. Hence, I choose
Push cart. I have experimented with both frozen yogurt and Ice-cream.
