HOW TO APPLY FOR AS RCBC CASH EXPRESS MERCHANT?

You just need to do the following:

1. Accomplish Merchant Information Sheet and requirements:

a) FOR CORPORATION
 SEC Registration & By Laws
 Secretary’s Certificate
 Mayor’s Permit
 Form 2303
 General Info Sheet
 Valid IDs
b) FOR SINGLE PROPRIETOR & PARTNERSHIP
 DTI
 Mayor’s Permit
 Form 2303
 Financial Statement
 Valid IDs
2. Sign Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
3. Open an RCBC Savings Account with ATM Card as Operator
Account
4. Submit the application to preferred RCBC Business Center

Once approved, RCBC representative will call to notify deployment schedule.
