V. MANAGEMENT
a. Structure and Management team
Alon is a single proprietorship business owned by Danica Alaan. She will be
partnering with Diomedes and Namela Alaan who will provide the finances and
equipments which will give them 50% shares in the income of the company.
Danica will act as the Managing Director of the company to oversee all
the operations and also report to the investors monthly, quarterly and annually
regarding the updated status and operations of the business. The net income of
the business will be planned strategically, with the approval of the investors, to
ensure the continuous growth of the company.
