About Us
Che Wan Consultancy Group of Companies (“Che Wan Group”) was founded by
fours individual with vast experience in professional management services skills
way back in 2000 and in middle 2005 it has been setup a management service
provider firm. Our group of companies consists of: -

At Che Wan Group, we are progressive and committed to providing wide range of
professional business services to corporate companies in a variety of industries,
profit and non-profit organization, co-operatives, small-medium industries, sole-
proprietorship, partnership business and individual.

We are proud to be one of the professional management firms, and we believe that
our growth and success are directly linked to our commitment to excellent and

We are also committed to achieve our aim by continuously investing in staff

training and development of their individual technical expertise to the fullest

Mr. Mohd Azuwan Bin Khalidi, Chartered Accountant (M), is a member of Malaysian
Institute of Accountants (MIA), a member of Malaysian Association of Company Secretary
(MACS), a Associate Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), a Member of
The Institute of Co-Operative and Management Auditors (ICMA), a member of Malaysian
Association of Tax Accountant (MATA) and also of the Affiliate of MAICSA.

He is a partner of Che Wan Group, a firm of chartered accountant, certified company

secretary firm and licensed tax agent firm, which he founded in middle 2005. Currently he
is an approved Tax Agent by the Minister of Finance under Section 153 of the Income Tax
Act 1967. He is also a Licensed Company Secretary under Section 139A of the Company
Acts, 1965.

He is pursuing a professional qualification in Association of Chartered Certified

Accountants (ACCA) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA). He had
an extensive experience in audit, corporate secretarial practise, personal and corporate
taxation.
