FLORES: I do.

P. ALIHUDDIN: Please state your name and personal circumstances.

FLORES: I Jade Flores, 20 years old, a KCC de Zamboanga Employee,

resident of Brgy. La Paz, Zamboanga City.

P. ALIHUDDIN: Your Honor, with the permission of this court, we are

offering the testimony of Jade Flores, to prove the material
allegations in the criminal information; to identify the person who
committed the crime of rape, to identify object evidence, which are
circumstantial evidence to prove that the crime of rape was committed
and the presence of the perpetrator in the crime scene, and likewise
to identify some documents namely affidavit which she executed in
relation to this case and the medico legal certificate that she
secured and to testify on other matters relative thereto, Your Honor.

PO3 OCAMPO: I am PO3 Mills Ocampo, 35 years old, currently stationed

at Ayala Police Station.

P. ALLAS: Your Honor, with the permission of this court, we are

offering the testimony of PO3 Mills Ocampo to identify object evidence
that were gathered on the crime scene, to identify some document
evidence like the forwarding report and case report which were
executed by the witness and to testify to other matters relative
thereto, Your Honor.

DR. GANDAHAN: I am Dr. Kaye Gandahan, A medico legal expert, I am

working at Zamboanga City Medical Hospital.

P. ALLIAN-LUNA: Your Honor, we manifest that Dr. Kaye Gandahan is an

expert of gynecology, may we qualify the witness?

committed the crime of rape, the presence of the perpetrator at the
time the crime was committed, to identify a document which is the
