A very good morning to our English lecturer_________ and my fellow students. Today, I am going to
share with you a short presentation on Malaysia.

Ladies and gentlemen, do you know where is Malaysia ? Malaysia is in the South East Asia. The
neighbouring countries are Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei. Malaysia is made up of
Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. The capital of Malaysia is Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysians come from many different ethnic backgrounds. The Malay is the largest group of ethnic in
Malaysia. Others are Chinese, Indians and the natives known as the “Bumiputra” which means the
prince of the Earth in Malay.

Malaysia has many interesting and beautiful places to visit such the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre or
also known as KLCC. Another famous tourist attraction is Tioman Island. It is one of the most beautiful
island in the world.

Besides the beautiful places, Malaysia is also known for its delicious food. One of these food is satay;
barbequed, skewed chicken meat and beef dipped in peanut sauce and eaten with raw , sliced
cucumbers and onions. Next is the famous Nasi Lemak. This is actually rice cooked with coconut milk
and eaten with spicy sauce, fried chicken and salted peanuts and anchovies. It is usually served in a
banana leave which gives a sweet aroma. Finally, there is roti canai . The dough is rolled thinly and fried
on an iron pan. It is usually eaten with spicy gravy and sauce. This is a common breakfast menu in
Malaysia.

I hope you have learned more about Malaysia from my presentation. Thank you

My next presentation is about my favourite song, InSha Allah by Maher Zain. I like this song very much
because it cheer s me up when I feel sad or when I have a lot of problems.

The song has a lot of meanings. Some of the meanings are:

We must not be sad when we have a lot of problem. We should also never ever give up hope . We must
always remember that Allah is always with us. He is very near to us. All we have to do is to turn to Him
and pray, “Show me the way”. In sha Allah , Allah will help us.

Maher Zain is telling us to depend on Allah only for help . Even when we feel that we have done a lot of
wrong things, it is never too late for us to repent(taubah) to Allah. Allah is Almighty and Merciful.

That is the end of my presentation, thank you.
