ABSTRACT

This research aims to analyze the 21st Century skills of accountancy graduates acquired in

college and applied in public practice. The research was made possible through the answers of

ten alumni of Imus Institute and 11 alumni of Imus Institute of Science and Technology. The

researchers gathered data though a questionnaire sent to the respondents using the internet. The

data was then tabulated and processed using percentage, weighted mean and T-test to acquire

enough information to support this research. The researchers analyzed the information and

found out that there are changes in the skills of accountancy graduates acquired in college and

applied in public practice as years pass. The researchers also concluded that there are more skills

applied in public practice than actually acquired in college.
