Internal Guides will be as per the list given below by the Institute. The
number students allotted per faculty are specified after the names of the
faculty.
After consulting the Executive Summary of the project with Internal
guides after the confirmation of guide, the students will be allotted
under the guide.
The executive summary signed by Guide and Students should be
submitted in office to Chetan Sir.
Students should submit the executive summary in the office to Mr. Chetan
by 7st December 2018.
The guides will be evaluating for 50 marks and 50 Marks will be based on
Viva-voce performance.
The students will have to connect with Industry (For Functional
Specialisation Project) and NGOs (For Social Relevance Project) through
Placement Officer –Mr. Najeeb/and Guides Assigned , they may collect the
Letters for recommendation from for contacting the Industry and NGO’s.
Forms to be attached in Report are : 1) Faculty Interaction Form, 2) Project
Completion / Confirmation Report from Industry and NGO’s
Final Project to be submitted to the Institute by 31st March 2019 (all 3
projects).
Viva-voce examination will be conducted at the 1st week of April 2019.
Any other information will be communicated to the students at later stage.

This is to inform SYMMS students that for the partial fulfillment of the course
they need to prepare a project in the Fourth semester on any topic related
Finance, Marketing HR, Operations and IT. Guidelines for Project Preparation
are as follows:
All projects should be typed on A4 sheets, Font Size 12, Times New Roman, one
and a half spacing on executive bond paper. The project report shall have
appropriate chapter scheme and be presented in total indicative pages of 100-
150.

List of Tables and Charts - Numbered tables and charts with details of page numbers where
they are presented.
10. Please refer to the Syllabus on Website for the Assessment pattern.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Not more than Ten (10) students can register under one guide.
2. The Students have to contact the guides with their proposed topic for the project work for
consent of the guide. Post confirmation from the guide, the form (Refer to Guide Approval
Document - Attached as a Separate File), has to be submitted to Library or MMS Office
Coordinator) in the office. Last date of Submission of duly filled forms is 2nd January 2018.
3. The Internal Project Guides will be from the Full time and Visiting Faculty of Semester IV from
their respective areas specializations.
4. Students have to maintain with them the record of their interaction with the guide in the
following format – ( Project Guide Interaction Form):
