 Team lead will have to manage the event and elect/choose a team to work with him/her
for the event
 The team will be reporting to the lead
 The lead will update the EB

3. Discussion on event calendar

 The upcoming events include a series of workshops
I. Cloud computing
II. Graphic designing
 Project X
 TechSip
 The event calendar will be updated and forwarded to Sir Shikoh Zaman to review

4. Ideas about Scala and Trivia

5. Discussion on team leads for events

 Cloud Computing workshop will be lead by Ali Javed
 Graphic designing will be lead by Wali Muhammad
 Leads to be chosen for ‘Project X’ and ‘TechSip’.

 A total of 40 people (Executives) attended the meeting altogether from the societies
