PKI BASED SECURITY- NEW LOGIN PROCEDURE

In the home page, enter “User Id” and “Password” provided by the service provider and select the
activity as “Tender”. Click “Go” to proceed in to the website. Refer Fig 1

A. Internet Explorer

After clicking on “Go” from the homepage, the following pages shall be displayed. User has to “Save”
the file and “Open” for java contents downloading. Refer Fig 2, 3 and 4

When the user clicks on “Open”, the required java files will be downloaded automatically (Fig 5) and
the page will be redirected to a screen where “SELECT THE CERTIFICATE” option available (Fig 6).

After clicking on “SELECT THE CERTIFICATE” button, the user certificate name shall be displayed in an
applet signer window. Select the certificate name and “Authenticate” (Fig 7). Hereafter, continue the
login by entering the DSC token password.

B. Google Chrome

After clicking on “Go” from the homepage, the following pages shall be displayed. User has to
“Keep” the file and then click on the downloaded file for continue with login. Refer Fig 8, 9 and 10

After clicking “DocSign.jnlp”, the required java files will be downloaded and the page will be
redirected to “SELECT THE CERTIFICATE” screen. Refer Fig 11 and 12.

After clicking on “SELECT THE CERTIFICATE” button, the user certificate name shall be displayed in an
applet signer window. Select the certificate name and “Authenticate” (Fig 13). Hereafter, continue
the login by entering the DSC token password.

C. Mozilla Firefox

After clicking on “Go” from the homepage, the following pages shall be displayed. User has to “Save”
the file and then click on the downloaded file for continue with login. Refer Fig 14, 15, 16 and 17.

After clicking “DocSign.jnlp”, the required java files will be downloaded and the page will be
redirected to “SELECT THE CERTIFICATE” screen. Refer Fig 18 and 19.

After clicking on “SELECT THE CERTIFICATE” button, the user certificate name shall be displayed in an
applet signer window. Select the certificate name and “Authenticate” (Fig 20). Hereafter, continue
the login by entering the DSC token password.

Mozilla Browser Settings

Click on open menu and select Options icon as shown in below fig

Click on Advanced option then select on Certificates & click on View Certificates, refer below Fig 22

After clicking on View Certificates select “Servers” option then click on Add Exception. Refer Fig 23

To Add Exception, enter https://localhost:9443 in “Location” box then click on Get Certificate &
finally click on Confirm Security Exception.
Important Points:

 The above mentioned process (downloading the java files) is a one-time activity. Once, the
required files are being downloaded, always/anytime user can login into Tenderwizard site
 easily without delay.
  If the java files are not loading/downloading completely,
 Delete: System temporary files
  Delete: Browser history and cookies
 Delete: Java temporary files
