Caso a válvula multifuncional (10) não
seja removida, podem surgir danos na
válvula multifuncional (10) durante a
montagem das rodas.
3.1 Soltar as porcas das rodas (2, 14, 16) Execução com centralização esférica ou
centralização simples
Instalação: apertar as porcas da roda
(2, 14, 16) em cruz com o torque de aperto
prescrito.
Não apertar as porcas da roda (2, 14, 16)
até o torque de aperto prescrito com o uso
de parafusadora de impacto.

3.2 Soltar as porcas da roda (8) para fixação da Modelo com aro tipo "Trilex"
coroa da roda no aro
Instalação: as porcas da roda (8) para
fixação da coroa da roda no aro devem ser
colocadas de modo nivelado. Apertar várias
vezes em seqüência (não em cruz) de
acordo com o torque de aperto prescrito.
Não apertar as porcas da roda (8) até o
torque de aperto prescrito com o uso de
parafusadora de impacto.

4 Erguer o veículo até as rodas ficarem livres e O veículo não pode ser levantado (içado)
apoiar o veículo nos tubos de suporte do eixo e somente em
estado descarregado pode ser levantado no
meio da ponte do eixo.
5 Remover as rodas Instalação: no caso de pares de aros
centrados por esfera, deve-se observar se
todos os anéis esféricos (6) estão instalados
nos prisioneiros da roda.
A partir do veículo de nº. final de
identificação K 458 720 são eliminadas as
arruelas esféricas (6) sobre os pinos das
rodas.
6 Verificar as rodas quanto ao seu estado e
danos
7 Verificar os pinos da roda quanto a danos Pinos de roda avariados devem ser AR40.10-W-1110A
substituídos.
8 Instalar, na ordem inversa
9 Reapertar as porcas das rodas Veículos com rodas de disco:
Reapertar as porcas da roda (2) após 50
até 100 km com o torque de aperto
prescrito.
Veículos com rodas Trilex:
reapertar as porcas das rodas (8) após
10 km e após mais 100 km com o momento
de aperto prescrito.
Veículos com rodas de discos e flange
intermediário:
- depois de 50 a 100 km desmontar a roda
externa e reapertar as porcas da roda (14)
para a roda interna de acordo com o torque
de aperto prescrito.
- depois de mais 50 a 100 km reapertar as
porcas (16) para a roda externa de acordo
com o torque de aperto prescrito.

1 Posicionar o dispositivo sacador e instalador (1) com anel de redução (7) no


estabilizador (6).

2 Colocar a bucha de expansão (3) assim na luva cônica (5), que a furação esteja
horizontal para o eixo longitudinal do estabilizador.

3 Colocar a peça de pressão (2) na luva cônica (5).

4 Colocar a luva cônica (5) no dispositivo de recolher e extrair (1).


Em estabilizadores com pequenas buchas de expansão, utilizar pequenas luvas
cônicas com redutor (4).

5 Empurrar as buchas de prensagem (8) com calibrador (9) na bucha de expansão.


Observar, que a furação da bucha de expansão está horizontal para o eixo
longitudinal do estabilizador.

6 Colocar o calibrador (9) no quadrado da bucha de prensagem (8) e o outro final do


calibrador no estabilizador (6).

7 Prensar a bucha de expansão com o dispositivo de recuo e extrair (1).


Verificar através do rebaixo na luva cônica (5), se a bucha de expansão está W32.35-1006-01
completamente instalada.

Remoção

1 Aparafusar a luva da rosca (2) no cilindro oco (1) e com o fuso roscado e
adequada peça de pressão para extrair na bucha de mancal.

2 Unir a mangueira hidráulica com a bomba hidráulica e o cilindro oco (1) e


extrair a bucha de mancal no sentido da seta.

Instalar
3 Colocar nova bucha de mancal (4) e a peça de pressão para a prensagem (6) na
luva cônica (5).

4 Colocar o cilindro oco (1) e luva cônica (5) na haste de união e aparafusar com o
fuso roscado (7) e a porca sextavada (8).
Colocar a bucha cônica (5) com a bucha de mancal (4) sempre no inclinado lado da
barra de torção.

5 Unir a mangueira hidráulica com a bomba hidráulica e o cilindro oco (1) e


inserir a bucha do mancal.
Verificar através do rebaixo (seta) na luva cônica (5), se a bucha está
completamente instalada.

6 Após prensar a bucha de mancal (4) recalcar a mesma em cada lado 4 vezes em
relação a alça do estabilizador (setas).
