ABSTRAK

Sistem distribusi tenaga listrik tidak akan lepas dari gangguan pada jaringan baik yang diakibatkan
oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal. Gangguan yang mungkin terjadi dapat menimbulkan
kerusakan pada peralatan distribusi maupun beban beban listrik apabila gangguaan tersebut tidak
segera diisolir oleh perangkat proteksi. Perangkat proteksi utama pada jaringan distribusi adalah
relay OCR dan GFR.

Sistem proteksi tenaga listrik bekerja untuk mengamankan gangguan atau menghilangkan
kondisi tidak normal pada sistem tenaga listrik. Pemasangan proteksi dalam jaringan tenaga listrik
diharuskan memiliki koordinasi. Koordinasi proteksi diperlukan karena masing-masing peralatan
proteksi harus mempunyai mempunyai zona yang terintegrasi untuk menjaga kehandalan supply
tenaga listrik ke konsumen juga untuk melindungi peralatan yang terpasang.

Sabtu, 9 Februari 2019 PMT pada penyulang outgoing MSR04 trip bersamaan dengan
recloser T2-128. Dalam sistem proteksi hal tersebut tidak diperbolehkan dan merupakan kejadian
gagal koordinasi. Bagaimana sistem koordinasi proteksi pada penyulang outgoing MSR-04 dengan
recloser T2-128? Apa yang menyebabkan sistem proteksi gagal berkoordinasi?

ABSTRACT

Electricity distribution system will not be separated from interference with the network both
caused by internal and external factors. Interference that might occur can cause damage to
distribution equipment or electrical load if the disturbance is not immediately isolated by the
protection device. The main protection devices in the distribution network are OCR and GFR
relays.

Electric power protection systems work to secure interference or eliminate abnormal conditions in
the power system. Installation of protection in the electric power network is required to have
coordination. Protection coordination is needed because each protection equipment must have an
integrated zone to maintain the reliability of electricity supply to consumers as well as to protect
installed equipment.

recloser. In the protection system this is not permitted and is an event of coordination failure. What
