CHIEF EXAMINATION

A1) My name is Roshni. I am the proprietor of the health club ”Healthy Smile”.I put up at 678
HauzKhas.

A2) For my daily bread I run a health club popular by the name of Healthy Smile, as the sole
proprietor.

A3) I have no previous convictions.

A4) Mukesh is a good friend of mine and Monika was Mukesh’s wife

A5) My first encounter with Ms.Monika was when she broke all the windows at my club

A6) Mukesh is a family oriented man and very understanding and cooperative person.He loves his
children and can do anything for them.He sometimes loses his temper in the extreme cases.

A7) We share a very congenial bond and are really fond and comfortable with each other .

A8) Well the christmas and new year went great.I celebrated christmas with Mukesh and his
children also joined us on the new year.We all had spent quality time together. Children seemed to
be really happy.

A9) Mukesh was upset on Christmas as he had been separated from his children,But he enjoyed
new year as his children were with him.

A 10) The children seemed to have really enjoyed that day.We played together and gifted presents
to them.They were very happy and even told that they wanted to live with me and Mukesh.Though
while bidding goodbye Sanjay hugged me and was tearful .Sonia was hugging Mukesh who carried
her in her arms while she was singing a Hindi film song.

A11) On 1st January we went to drop children back home to their mother.

tearful hug that i had received from Sanjay and started abusing me.

A16)After exchange of words she just leapt at Mukesh and started scratching his face.I wrestled
her off Mukesh,who knocked her to get away as Sonia was still in his arms.He hit her in the Head
somewhere.
A17)I pulled her off Mukesh and placed myself between the two of them.

A18) We left the place.

A19) Mukesh was arrested by Sub Inspector Satinder.

A20) I requested the Inspector to release Mukesh on bail as he was certainly sorry of what had
happened.

CROSS EXAMINATION

A1) No,not at all.Its just a misconception of people.

A2) Yes thats right we both share the flat.

A3) He was not angry,but was upset as this was the first christmas when he had been separated
from his children but he made a great effort to remain friendly.

A 11) No, Mukesh did not have temper he was only a little upset as this was his first christmas
when his children were not with him.
