1. Please provide general arrangement drawing for each tank so we
can properly evaluate the proposal. Kindly provide the following
on the drawing:
a. Tank Elevation View
b. Tank Nozzle Orientation View
We would like to confirm if the nozzle location on
your quotation is based on our requirement.
c. Hinge cover opening location

Hygienic Cover
2. Please fabricate hygienic hinged type cover instead of the
common hinged cover design as requested by IPI. See sample
drawing below for the suggested design. This is to prevent the
accumulation of dust from entering the tank. Please confirm if
you can comply.

Agitator Drawing
3. Is the agitator from the drawing the suitable type given the
mixing application indicated in the datasheet? Please check
agitator type.
a. If the agitator is changed, please provide complete
dimensions.
b. Take note that the impeller quantity on the drawing is
representation only, please provide also the suitable

e. Support leg orientation
11. Please fabricate the top portion of the leg support (the one
attached to the tank) with a slope angle of 15° as per sample
picture below.

13. Please provide the Sampling Valve specifications.

14. Load cell is not part of the vendor scope. Please remove it on the
parts list.

15. Spray ball is not part of the vendor scope. Please remove it on
the parts list.

16. For this tank, nozzles are categorized into pipe/tube type. Please
confirm that the nozzles specified on the drawing were based on
this material preferences table.

2. Please clarify if the sampling valve is shipped together with the package.
a. Please clarify the mounting type of the sampling valve
Please take note that we require zero dead leg to avoid contamination.

b. Please make sure that the handwheel plunger expands up to the internal wall of the tank
body.

Agitator

1. Diameter of Propeller Blades are too large. Maximum Propeller diameter to Tank diameter
ratio is 0.6. Please redesign
