March definitely came in like a lion and went out like lamb. The last few weeks have been
nice enough to get outside and play. The kids and teachers are loving the fresh spring
air!

We have stayed busy learning about Dr.Seuss, St.Patrick's Day, spring weather, and
Community Helpers.

Dr. Seuss week is always a teacher and student favorite. We got to dress in silly clothes,
have crazy hair, and wear hats and pajamas. We read some of our favorite Dr. Seuss
book and made silly projects, ON the final day; we watched Green Eggs and Ham, wore
our PJs and ate green eggs and ham for snack.

St. Patrick's Day week was a fun filled week of Leprechaun Magic and Rainbows. We built
a Leprechaun trap to try and catch Lucky the Leprechaun but we were unsuccessful. He
did leave us chocolate gold coins and tattoos!

We celebrated a few days early with rainbow waffles and green milk.

We spent a week learning about Spring Weather. The Science center was all about
different kinds of weather. The kids were able to observe the weather and write about it
in our class journal. All of the centers in the room were
also about springtime themes.

We finished the month leaning about Community Helpers.

We talked about different jobs in our town and whether or
not their parents were Community Helpers. The Play
Center was transformed into Firelands Pizzeria. The kids
were able to order pizza, "make" pizza, and deliver pizza!

With only a few months of school left, we are going to be

getting ready for our Spring Program and Preschool
Graduation. It will be here before we know it!
