 Emphasis on practicing new skills: Powered by rigorous hands-on
assessment to provide an immersive experience
 Prepare for interviews: SMEs from accounts to mentor you & help you to be
future ready

These learning paths can be accessed through TopGear, where employees can
register themselves and start a learning plan.
