1) Draw the simple floor plan used in your second AutoCAD assigment on Revit this time.

It can be drawn in the Floor 1 elevation. The external walls are of the “Basic Wall Generic
– 200 mm” type and the internal walls are of the “Basic Wall Generic – 150 mm” type.
Watch for the wall location lines carefully.

2) Insert the exact dimensions as shown in the figure above on Revit.

3) There are two types of doors in the plan; D1 and D2. Details of the doors are below.

4) There are two types of windows in the plan; W1 and W2. Details of the two window
types are below.

5) Add text on the floor plan. Arrange the text positions properly.
6) Save your file in RVT format (compatible with Revit 2016) with your name and
assignment number (i.e. “Saul_Goodman_TFA1013_Revit1.dwg” and take a printout on an
A4 sheet of the final shape shown above to attach to your report number 1. Make sure
you only have the drawing shown above on your A4 sheet and in the rvt file.
