1. How to recharge your DSP wallet by UPI


STEP 1: Login to DSP through valid VLE ID and password

STEP: 2 Click on ‘Add Money’ under ‘Wallet’ tab in the Navigation menu. Now select ‘ADD
MONEY TO WALLET’

STEP 3: Fill the required payment details and choose the payment gateway as
‘PayUmoney’. Click on ‘Submit’ Button to proceed further.

STEP 4: Now you will be redirected to the page displayed below. Choose the UPI option as
the payment method.

STEP 5: VLE needs to enter their VPA (UPI ID) and click on ‘Pay Now’.

Virtual Payment Address also referred as VPA is something like an email-ID, which is
given to an individual using the Unified Payment Interface (UPI) service to send or receive
money.

STEP 6: The payment page is now waiting for the VLE to approve the transaction on
his/her mobile phone.

2. Mobile Flow
STEP 1

 VLE gets a notification on his/her mobile phone.


 Clicks on the notification.

STEP 2:

 VLE opens the app and will be able to see a transaction pending.
 Clicks on the notification.

STEP 3:

VLE can see the following details on the app

 Merchant name
 Merchant VPA
 Amount
 and clicks on ‘Approve or Pay’

STEP 4: VLE confirms the transaction by clicking on ‘Send or Pay’

STEP 5: VLE now authorizes the transaction by entering the UPI PIN.

STEP 6:

 Post entering the UPI PIN, VLE will see a confirmation screen on the mobile phone
 The transaction is now complete using UPI.
 The payment page will show the successful message.

3. Wallet recharge successful


In your DSP portal, your wallet is recharged successfully with the amount entered
