This is your Vice chair, I just wanted to send this note to thank all who took their time to
called, wrote and came to talk to me. I can assure you that I am not concern with what
the soon to be former chair wrote.
.
The fear and wish to control didn't even make him think twice.
Facts:
1. We are nine board members and of course I was not on the list to vote myself out,
then the chair and his secretary who already has a pending lawsuit against me shouldn't
have voted. Also Hon Alex and Sarah, also you can see according to his own email, one
board member abstained from voting. Simple addition, six out of nine=3 members
voted no. THEREFORE, the office of the vice is not VACANT.
2. For almost a year, Omara held secret meetings with few board members excluding
the vice and two other board members..
3. Omara accused me of things he has done. Records for the emails can be found to
prove it. I responded to his false allegations and he never sent us the proof.
Members, the allegations against me are unfounded, and can not be proven beyond a
reasonable doubt and therefore, I reject the result.
Good news:
We still have more time to complete the registered for the group life insurance and for
those who have not done so, please call me or send me an email then I will forward the
insurance company's details to you.
Lastly I'm not gong to engage in writing emails any how but I advise you to please read
again the Laona constitution and if you have a question, I will give you the telephone
number to the law office who will answer your questions. Remember we are in the
United States where "freedom of speech"........
