MANAGEMENT OF NEPHRITIS

Audience: People with a family history of kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, heart disease and an age of 60 years or more.
Purpose: To provide these people a health care management and knowledge about Nephritis.
Goal: Individuals will give importance about proper Diet and being Physically fit.
