CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF FOREMAN SERVICES

KNOWN TO ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 6th day of _November, 2017_in the City of
Zamboanga, Philippines, by and between:

CJ CORPORATION, with office address in Zamboanga City, represented by ENGR.

CARLOS SANTOS, Proprietor Manager, duly authorized for the purpose and hereinafter
referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”:

GIAN DINI, to operate as Foreman with address at Naga City, Bicol.

WHEREAS, The CONTRACTOR and the FOREMAN have an existing Contract for the
construction of BFN Subdivision.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the terms and conditions hereinafter
provided, the parties hereby mutually agree and stipulate as follows:

1. That the FOREMAN shall in a proper and satisfactory manner provide all services set forth
in the construction of BFN Subdivision;

2. For and in consideration of the service to be rendered by the FOREMAN to the

CONTRACTOR the latter shall during the term of the Contract, pay to the FOREMAN the
sum equivalent to minimum daily wage rate plus the agreed agency overhead margin.

3. This Contract shall take effect on the 6th day of _November 2017_until completion of
the project.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and affixed their
signature on the date and at the place first above written.
