CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF FREELANCE SECRETARY

KNOWN TO ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 13th day of _November, 2017_in the City of
Zamboanga, Philippines, by and between:

CJ CORPORATION, with office address in Zamboanga City, represented by ENGR.

CARLOS SANTOS, Proprietor Manager, duly authorized for the purpose and hereinafter
referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”:

GIGI NAKO, to operate as Freelance Secretary with address at Naga City.

WHEREAS, The CONTRACTOR and the FREELANCE SECRETARY have an existing

Contract for the construction of BFN Subdivision.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the terms and conditions hereinafter
provided, the parties hereby mutually agree and stipulate as follows:

1. That the GIGI NAKO shall perform your services as a FREELANCE SECRETARY in relation to
the Project on an exclusive basis and any such services as may from time to time be reasonably
required by the Company in connection with this engagement;

2. That the GIGI NAKO will efficiently and diligently perform such duties from time to time
as may be reasonably assigned to you and to the best of your ability and ensure that the
goodwill of the Company is maintained;

3. For and in consideration of the service to be rendered by the GIGI NAKO as the
FREELANCE SECRETARY to the CONTRACTOR the latter shall during the term of the
Contract, pay to the Secretary the sum equivalent to minimum daily wage rate required
by law.

4. This Contract shall take effect on the 6th day of _November 2017_until terminated by
the Contractor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and affixed their
signature on the date and at the place first above written.
