2. TITLE OF PROJECT: GREEN COSMETIC PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:

NATURAL DEODORANT

3. PROBLEM FORMULATION

The present project proposes a collection of information in academic

databases and available literature that supports the identification,
characterization and structuring of natural products, specifically
deodorants; in addition to the technical study, it is intended to develop
a timeline to describe the evolution of green deodorants and their

progress to date. Likewise, the study proposes to identify organic
homologous components to the synthetics traditionally used, studying
the viability that these have for the development of a new product
proposal. Finally, the project defines at the industrial level, which are
the process variables that must be taken into account to carry out the
development of a functional prototype.

4. GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Develop an organic deodorant, in different presentation and that both

the product and the packaging are biodegradable.

5. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

 Review the state of the art supported in academic and historical

scientific articles for product identification

 To develop a descriptive study, supported by databases that

allow the identification of the organic counterparts of the
synthetic raw materials used in synthetic deodorants.

 Define the appropriate industrial process for product

development.
