A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. EDWIN M. ESPOSO, PUNONG BARANGAY, AND Ms. JUANITA
O. MENDOZA, BARANGAY TREASURER, TO BE THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES IN ALL BANK
TRANSACTIONS OF BARANGAY MABAYUAN, OLONGAPO CITY, WITH ACCOUNT NO. 000-038-
0000-0382100778, AT LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, OLONGAPO CITY BRANCH.

WHEREAS, the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections were held on May 14, 2018;

WHEREAS, per Section 2 of Republic Act No. 10952, term of office of the newly elected Barangay
and Sangguniang Kabataan officials shall commence at noon of June 30 next following their election;

 WHEREAS, Hon. Edwin M. Esposo is the duly elected and incumbent Punong Barangay of
Barangay Mabayuan, Olongapo City;

WHEREAS, Ms. Juanita O. Mendoza is the duly appointed Barangay Treasurer, same Barangay;

WHEREAS, Land Bank of the Philippines, Olongapo City Branch, the government depository
bank of Barangay Mabayuan, Olongapo City, requires a legislative act of the concerned Sangguniang
Barangay to authorize the Punong Barangay and the Barangay Treasurer as the official signatories in
all bank transactions of the Barangay:

On motion of Kagawad Mike R. Sagun, duly seconded by Kagawad Nenita S. Jao, be it:

RESOLVED, that the Sangguniang Barangay of Mabayuan, Olongapo City, in session duly
assembled, hereby resolves to authorize Hon. Edwin M. Esposo, Punong Barangay, and Ms. Juanita O.
Mendoza, Barangay Treasurer, to be the official signatories in all bank transactions of Barangay
Mabayuan, Olongapo City, with Account No. 000-038-0000-0382100778, at Land Bank of the
Philippines, Olongapo City Branch;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copies of the approved resolution be forwarded to the Land Bank of
the Philippines, Olongapo City Branch, Department of the Interior and Local Government, Office of
the City Mayor, Sangguniang Panglungsod, City Accounting Office, Commission on Audit, all in
Olongapo City, and the Civil Service Commission, Provincial Office, Zambales, for their information
and records purposes.

ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY, this 7th of July, 2018
