4.2 Prospective Vendors shall be deemed to have studied the drawings enclosed with tender
and fully understood the nature and magnitude of the work before submitting the bids.
4.3 Vendor shall prepare drawings for construction / fabrication, and shall submit the same
to Owner/ EIL for approval and shall obtain the approval from Owner/EIL before
commencing the construction / fabrication.
5.0 DRAWINGS/ DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM VENDOR

5.1 WITH OFFER

The list of drawings/documents as required to be submitted along with offer is enclosed
in the tender document.
5.2 AFTER AWARD OF THE CONTRACT
The list of drawings/documents as required to be reviewed by representative of
Owner/ Owner is enclosed in the tender document.

After the job completion, Vendor shall prepare As Built drawings. Final certified ‘As Built’
drawings shall be submitted by the Vendor in AutoCad and all the documents in MS
office, as part of final documentation.
6.0 APPROVALS
Vendor shall obtain a p p r o v a l f r o m S t a t u t o r y Bodies like state
g o v e r n m e n t Authorities / Local Bodies etc.
Vendor to comply with the requirement of these authorities irrespective if it is mentioned or
not in the bid package & shall form part of Vendor’s scope of work including preparation of
required drawings/ documents.

VENDOR’S SCOPE OF SUPPLY

-All items consumables/non consumables required to complete the job.

-All tools tackles, plant machinery etc. to complete the job.

-All material’s, equipment’s, tools & tackles, labours for the works as per scope of works
shall be in the contactor’s scope of supply and the cost of such supply shall be deemed to
have been included in the quoted price without any liability on the part of the Owner.
