B. Course Description
Introduction to Linguistics is aimed to give students the ability to identify language
structure of various views of language. The subject comprises the ability of students to
analyze the origins of language, linguistics as a study of language, phonological analysis,
morphological analysis, syntactical analysis, semantics analysis and sociolinguistics
analysis.
