Installation
1. Unarchive PatchGeneratorLite.zip file. 3. Depending on your operating system choose a folder with the

and choose Patch Generator Lite.

1. In Windows, Installation is very straightforward.
2. Open Installer (you need to have Admin rights)
3. Hit the Install button.
4. After the installation click on the Finish button.
5. When it’s done hit open Photoshop.
6. In the Photoshop go to Window ➜ Extensions and
choose Patch Generator Lite.
HOw to activate The panel
1. If you haven't already done the Installation, see the
steps listed above.
2. After Installation.
3. In Photoshop go to Window ➜ Extensions and
choose Patch Generator Lite.
4. The Panel will show up and you have to wait for a
second while it is adapted under your Photoshop.
Usage
To start processing the images, first, you need to create
them. How to do that properly see the next steps.

1. Create a new document. First, you need to generate a

background, so open up your panel and click on the button
'Generate Background'. Naturally, you can fill the area with
any background you have in your disposal. Anyway, you can
skip this step if you want to.

2. Create a layer. The layer can be text, shape or an image. 


Select the created image layer. Then go to the panel and click
on one of the two buttons from the 'Area stitching'.

3. A final Smart Object is fully editable and you can access this
object to see all the source files for your sophisticated edits.
Double click on the Smart Object to see its contents.

4. If you want to draw a single thread line. Go and grab pen tool
or you can also use vector shape for this task. Draw a line or
a shape. Select your path. Then go to the panel and click on
one of the two buttons from the 'Single Thread Stitching'.

1. Once you generated a Smart Object, you can add an image

to that Smart Object.

2. Double click on a Smart Object.

3. Find Group with the name IMAGE STAMP.

4. Then find a folder with the name 


YOUR IMAGES GO HERE

5. Place your image inside that folder

6. Save the current document and close it.

F.A.Q.
1. What I have to do if I want to use action with 300dpi document?



Answer:



By default, this product works with 72ppi. But, it doesn’t matter because in a computer there is NO dpi. The only thing that
matters is dimensions.



Use action with a document resolution of 72ppi. Once you've satisfied with the result, duplicate result image to the 300 ppi document.
Or just change document size to 300ppi. To do this, go to Image ➜ Image Size ➜ Image Resolution. Don’t forget that once you have
changed the resolution to 300ppi, the image dimensions will be multiplied. You must enter the dimensions you had previously for the
72ppi document.

Troubleshooting
1. Not properly signed extension.

In CC2019 this problem occurs when you are trying to

open an extension for the first time. By some reason,
welcoming screen is not allowing to run the PS
extension properly.

The Solution:

You need to create a new document and only after

that, you can open up your panel.
