Create activity list /attributes/milestone list through Define activity process. Here you
apply “decomposition” technique by decomposing work package into activities.
Identify relationship between activities in Sequence activity process and create
Schedule network diagram. Major tools are Precedence diagramming method,
Dependency determination and lead and lag.
Estimate Activity duration in estimate activity process by applying analogous,
parametric and three point technique
Create Project schedule and schedule baseline in Develop Schedule process

In planning, you only need to determine quality requirements and standards in plan
quality management

First develop Risk management plan in order to determine risk management activities
Create risk register and risk report in indentify risk (Nominate Risk owner)
Prioritize individual project risk in perform qualitative risk analysis (confirm risk owner)
Prioritize individual and overall project risk in perform quantitative risk analysis
Create risk response plan in plan risk response
Procurement
Develop procurement strategy and procurement documents in order to find potential seller in
plan procurement management.
