I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Ashley Tote who is applying for the new grad
nursing position in your Labor and Delivery department. I have had the pleasure of working with Ashley
Tote for the 5 years she has been at GBMC. Ashley is a role model employee who truly embodies the
mission and Greater Behaviors that GBMC values so highly.

Ashley has worked at Hunt Manor in primary care and in the OB/Gyn office as a medical assistant. She
exhibits great clinical skills, problem-solving skills, and is very efficient at multi-tasking. Ashley is always
willing to take on any task where she can be of help, whether it be part of her job description or not.
Ashley works well in a fast-paced environment and she communicates well with our patients and with
her co-workers. She has emerged as a leader in her role, and takes the initiative to develop and improve
office work flows. She has a great work ethic, always following through on her tasks, and always striving
for excellence in her role.

Ashley has a strong drive and is willing to work hard to achieve her goals. She has worked as a Doula
assisting women in labor for 4 years and has been a Nursing Student in GBMC’s Labor and Delivery and
GBMC’s NICU since 2017.

I have no reservations in recommending Ashley Tote for the Labor and Delivery new grad nursing
position. I know she will excel in her role as a nurse and will be a strong asset to your team.
