A. Were the general and specific objectives fulfilled? Explain how and why.
o Yes, the GUHIT – Pinas Zamboanga successfully organized the Activity at Paseo del Mar,
Zamboanga City.
B. Was the target number of participants hit? Provide details
o Yes! We expected at least 20 participants/members.
o There were at about 20 members/admins who participated.
C. What are the strengths of the event?
o Involvement and Team-building.
- Though some of the Admins did not attend the activity, the admins present in the event made
sure to entertain and acknowledge the new members so they will feel welcome to the group.
- The event also served as a Team-building activity where every participant got the chance to
meet and interact with each other strengthening the bonds of the organization.

D. What issues/problems were encountered?

o It was the usual minor problem where in participants are arriving late making the activity time
duration shorter.
E. What lessons have you learned and should be applied on future events?
o Time consciousness. Although it’s only an Artjam activity which served as a Team-building
activity in order for us to relax, unwind and have fun, we still really need to be reminded about
importance time is. The more time wasted, the less we could enjoy the Artjam activity.
