Business Description

 The Moon Light will be a cafe located at the Do Darya point,


near Clifton Beach.

 The cafe will serve gourmet coffees, Assorted Brownies and


cookies, Breakfast Sandwiches, and smoothies. The simple
pastry offerings may vary with seasonality but the primary
line will be muffins, breads, cookies, scones, and rolls.

 Being as a shareholders the café will be owned equally


among 5 of us and also operated by only 5 of us in different
ways.

 The cafe will be open for business Monday –


Thursday 7-10, Fridays and Saturdays 7-11 and closed
Sundays.

Mission Statement

 Our mission is to will provide a friendly, comfortable


atmosphere where the customers can receive quality
food, drinks, and service at a reasonable price.

 Our café will offer a variety of choices to the customers.


Cappuccinos, lattes, espressos, smoothies, regular coffee,
soft drinks, and tea of all sorts will be available.

 The café will also serve deli-style breakfast sandwiches


with the freshest ingredients, muffins, croissants, cinnamon
rolls, coffee cake, and other tasty treats.

Business Ownership

 As I told before that we 5 members are the only investors


and stakeholders of this business so the ownership is
equally distributed between us.

 The reason behind opening a business is not only to earn


money but to stand at some place in market and to provide
a quality taste to the customers.

 As it is a start of new business so right now we are


only coming up with one location.

 Secondly being as an owners it’s our firm belief that


if we would survive for almost 2 years in this business
so to hire more employees on different designations
will not be a difficult task for us to be achieved.

Market Analysis

Target Market:
Our target market will be to anyone who enjoys coffee,
but I will mainly target people age 18 and older, both male
and female, and who are of the working class.

Market Strategy:
We will do as much as we can to get my business name
known throughout city. We plan to design some flyers to
put on cars that have our business name, logo, and
address on them. It will also list the day of opening and
will state that if you bring the flyer in through the first
week of opening you can get 20% off any item of any size.

 We will provide reasonable customer satisfaction.

 We will provide tasty and hygienic food in a clean and neat dining
room with washing and toilet facility.

 With a reasonable rate & quantity.

 All the members of management team are properly qualified for


this sector.

 Beside the quality of food we will make arrangements of a melodious


music system which would make the meal more enjoyable.

 It also allows us to interact with people on a daily basis.
 A developed marketing program
 Promoted through radio and newspaper advertising, posters, and the yellow
pages.
 Coupons will be issued for the family dining section to encourage
immediate sales.
 A person who is active in the community can promote the restaurant
through his affiliation with many groups and organizations.
 10% discount will be applied to seniors to attract that market.

Financial Plan
 We plan to take a loan amount from bank and some of
the money we have saved in the bank of our first job as
an employee we started soon after our graduation.
 We have about 5,00000 PKR in our savings account. If
something goes wrong, we have back-up money and
more than enough for my start-up costs.
 By the amount of savings cash we can easily buy a
small furniture for our startup business. In addition the
sales and daily earnings can settle the loan very soon
including the monthly rent of place can also be
recovered.
 We hope that after a few years of being open we have
enough money to buy our own place.
