There are three kinds of FFT scanning, Chose the scanning method according to your needs (some RRU
only support offline FFT), commonly do the FFT scanning in the spare time at least for 10 minutes:
High-resolution on-line frequency scan
Broadband on-line frequency scan
Broadband off-line frequency scan

High-resolution: RBW (kHz)=15:

Broad-online: RBW (kHz)=100

Broad-offline: RBW (kHz)=100

If the Off-line Frequency scan, then need to first block the RRU and deactive UCELL, using MML
command: BLK BRD on NodeB side and DEA UCELL on RNC side.
After the scan, UBL BRD on NodeB. Then ACT UCELL on RNC.
