The day I was upgraded to "Business Class" in the Airbus A380 ...

Have you ever flown in "Business Class"? It is an amazing experience that worth to
be experienced once in his life! I was lucky when I returned from Singapore with
Singapore Airlines and aboard the Airbus A380!
Promised a long flight ...

I just spent three days in Singapore. A city I already knew since I had spent a few
days during my world tour (in 2013/2014). I like this city ! She is alive, vibrant,
clean, and I feel pretty good. It must be said that, despite its modernism and its
singularity, the city is Asian. And Asia is undoubtedly my favorite continent!

But my third and last day in Singapore was tough. I had slept only a few hours
because the night before, my mind apparently did not wish to rest. I had counted
hundreds of sheep, listened to soft music, tried to apply methods recommended
relaxations on the web .... Inspire, block breathing, exhale ... Nothing doing! In
the morning I was not surprised to hear the alarm ringing, it was necessary to
rise. But after a good shower and a bitter instant coffee, I always wanted to
discover a new part of the city and the day went by that I feel too tired.

Time to get to the airport had arrived. The time of flight? 0:10 ... I had of
course made my "check-in" line in order to have the best seat on the plane. Visibly
"full", a last place next door was still available for me! So I see myself already
in my place on the plane, stuck to my front door and my little TV screen to watch
the safety instructions ... These famous instructions which are often agonizing,
sometimes very funny (I think the new video aired for long-haul Air France in
particular)! I think it's a good idea to turn these guidelines into derision
because nothing beats laughter before takeoff! But things did not go as planned ...
A nice surprise for registration

Arrive at check baggage, the man at the counter and I'm launching a gigantic smile
without knowing what to expect ... The young man at the counter told me about my
place next window then set tampering with his computer at length. So I immediately
thought that the change in office I had done during online check-in was not done
properly. But this was clearly not the subject since the young man hands me my
boarding pass me by simply saying "this is a new seat for you." I then found that
the seat number is not the one I had selected and I finger tip his mistake ...

"Yes Madam, now you are in business class"!

Sorry ?!!! I open wide my eyes and I run a shy "thank you" ... A little later, I
look back my ticket and immense joy seized me. I'm in first class, the DREAM !!

Obviously, a special file is provided for Business Class to board the plane. And I
have to go to the first floor, while the top of the Airbus A380. I find my seat,
huge compared to economy class. There are great people and I feel a bit like an
intruder who has not much to do here ... I would need a few more zeros on my bank
account to feel in my place ... Ahahah!

A flight in "Business Class" is a bit like the hotel!

However, I absolutely do not feel embarrassed and I intend to enjoy this flight so
special ... I take a glass of champagne to celebrate and I even asked a souvenir
photo with the stewardess, who takes care to fill again my glass of champagne
before triggering the camera! What a nice touch ... But it will not be alone
because I would be treated with great delicacy by the same hostess throughout the
flight.

And it is at mealtimes that we say that we are not in a single airbus A380 but
inside a small hotel / restaurant ... towel on the tablet, two indoor games, meals
served in a real plate. And above all, the meal was excellent! I asked with an
accompaniment chicken with truffles and I have not been disappointed ... (yes you
read correctly, I ate the truffle on the plane!). Here are some pictures to get an

What beautiful surprises ...! But it does not stop there since I was forced to see
that my seat (which already seemed not bad), turned into a real little bed The
hostess has everything installed and gently deposited the duvet over me ... I've
never slept so well on a plane and 13 hours of flight finally passed like
lightning!

And what about the toilets, which are much larger than in economy class! A real
small bathroom .... You can change without having to improbable contortions and
disposable toothbrushes are made available to passengers. Everything is done so
that you feel good! Business-class-1

I was thrilled to be able to test the "Business Class"! I took advantage of 100%
because I know I would not have this chance on future flights. And now I understand
a little better those who opt for the "Business Class". For if one really has the
means, it becomes endless flights delicious moments ...
