Industrialization and global modernization have obviously brought advantages but along

with this comes its disadvantages. These disadvantages include transportation issues.

Transportation issues are apparent to be a problem of today’s world. This results to an increase of

traffic volume thus, creating delay and slow traffic movement.

The T-Intersection connecting M.C. Briones Street, Central Nautical Highway and U.N.

Avenue, the study area, has witnessed the significant influx of people and vehicles on daily basis.
To give possible solution to this predicament, manual data gathering with the use of an excel

program for computation and presentation was used. This study aims to analyze the traffic

congestion on the said intersection.

The study will be dependent with the result of the computed data gathered from vehicular

count. Along with the pointed factors that affect the flow of traffic along the segment,

recommendations will be laid out in order to lessen if not eliminate the dilemma.
