Flirting with “food” has created wonders, I've always been fascinated by the making of the food and

ready
to absorb every bit of wonderful information which given to me, especially what concerns bread and baked
goods. Even if I'm still a home baker, I like to do a lot of research about the recipes and techniques required,
before I actually put on my apron and start making doughs and batters. I consider baking and cooking both
a relaxing & rewarding activity, so I tend to spend most of my free time in my kitchen, experimenting with
ingredients and flavours. When I'm not baking, I like to spend long hours reading food recipes and browsing
through cooking blogs & videos, looking for new recipes to be explored. During my bachelor degree studies
(food science & technology), what captivated me most was projects and subjects related to innovation and
new products. I'm passionate about the subject and determined to have a career in the baking industry.
Nowadays, I aspire much more as I see myself in the future managing a bake shop or a restaurant worthy
of rewards resembling the famous Michelin Star. I’m very interested in other countries' meals, cooking
traditions, eating etiquette, etc. I want to get this opportunity because I feel like I could use a deeper
understanding of the theoretical and practical aspects of outstanding cuisines. Challenges don't make me
back down, nor quit either. I set my goals and reach them because I do not like regrets. Therefore, I do
know how to recognise an opportunity and if one is given to me, I surely will not waste it. This is where I
see my life going and I'm willing to work hard to make my dreams come true. To sum up, I’d be honoured
to be accepted to the DCODE since its unique opportunity for me towards achieving my dream. I wouldn't
only gain essential knowledge about the widest range of culinary field in the city (Paris) itself, but also a lot
of valuable experience which I’d love to explore. I hope that this event will allow me to lay the beginning of
experience for a successful career.

I can gain a closer understanding of such cultures and consequentially their food traditions.

I always feel happy while cooking and I constantly feel excited at the prospect of learning more about it!

When it comes to cooking, I am like a blank piece of paper, ready to absorb every bit of information
given to me and work hard with the guidance and support of the teachers. professors. The educational
approach that is used in Bulgaria would provide me with the widest range of specializations in the field
of culinary field, as well as a lot of practical skills which is exactly what I need. I also really appreciate
the opportunity that your university provides of becoming an exchange student. that your university
provides, I’m very interested in other countries' cuisines, cooking traditions, eating etiquette and so
much more.

Finally, I think your given chance would be a big step forwards, To sum up, this programme is a
unique opportunity for me towards achieving my dream. I would not only
gain immediate essential knowledge, but also a ton lot of valuable experience. After
finishing my studies, I hope to become an international, creative and successful chef. will
