1. Below picture is site storage of both LPG & Oxyegn under same shed.

My suggestion was as follows:

Oxygen and Fuel Gas (LPG) found stored under same cover shed. Both the gases to be stored separately
with a minimum safe distance of 6.1m. Also filled & empty cylinders must be stacked separately.
Management needs more clarification in this point? Whether the below scene is OK? In the name of
practicality shall we allow this?

2. Trolley for transportation of cylinders? Is this a safe practice? If not please give your suggestions for
improvement?
3. Use at site? Is this safe? Give your comments please.
