ASSIGNMENT TASK
China has experienced rapid economic growth, a fast pace of integration into
the world economy, and an increase in wage inequality (Wang et al, 2017).
When Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) enter the Chinese market they assume
that attracting employees will not be difficult to achieve, due to China’s huge
population. Whilst it may be easy to attract unskilled labour, finding
individuals with transferable skills is an issue. Why is it difficult to find and
retain them?
